工程实训中心机类人才培养规格定位的探讨

随着时代的进步与发展,建设现代工程实训中心,培养适应21世纪现代化建设需要的高素质、高层次综合技能型、创新型人才,是时代赋予我们的使命。结合我校工程实训中心建设目标,笔者针对指导思想、师资队伍建设以及实现人才培养目标等方面进行了探讨,并提出了深化教育教学改革的一些设想。

Discussion of training specifications about the mechanical talents of engineering training center

With the advancement and development of era,constructing modern engineering training center and fostering talents which meet the needs of modernization of the 21st century with creative,high-quality and high-level comprehensive skills is a mission that era assigns us.In this article,combined with the goal of modern engineering training center＇s constructing,we make a discussion on the guiding thoughts,faculty building and achieving the talent training goal,and put forward the imagination of deepening the reform of education and teaching.
