学习-绩效互动对创新和绩效影响的实证研究

摘    要:结合93家企业的调查数据,对“学习—绩效互动”对创新和绩效的影响进行实证研究,结果表明,学习能力和学习机会对创新和绩效都有显著的正面影响;学习动机对创新有显著的正面影响,对绩效的影响则不显著;而三者的不协调则对创新和绩效都有显著的负面影响;此外,创新对绩效有着较强的正面影响。

Abstract:Some firms don't gain corresponding effect from learning investment.On the contrary,some firms are successful in organizational learning.The learning-performance interaction is thought of the main reason for the difference.Concretely,different learning-performance interaction system made up of learning capability,learning opportunity,learning motivation leads to difference innovation and performance.Using the survey data from 93 firms of china,the theory is tested.The results suggest that both learning capability and learning opportunity have the significant and positive impact on innovation and performance.Learning motivation has a significant and positive impact on innovation.But the relationship between learning motivation and performance is not significant.The mismatch of learning capability,learning opportunity,and learning motivation is significant and negative impact on innovation and performance.Innovation has a strong and positive impact on performance.
