| 摘 要： | 本文从华裔美国文学的界定以及美国历史上历代华裔美国文学家的背景介绍和作品特征分析，勾画出华裔美国文学产生、发展、壮大的历程；阐述了本族文化和异族文化的冲突、交融对华裔作家从事文学创作的直接与间接的影响；阐示了祖国的强盛对提升海外华人地位及扩大海外华人文学影响的重要作用。

| Abstract: | This article illustrates the course of the origin, development and grandness of American Chinese literature, by presenting the definition and analyzing the writers and features of their works. The conflicts as well as blend between native and other cultures bring both direct and indirect influence on literature. China's advance is very important for overseas Chinese to improve their social position and extend their influence on literature. |
