摩擦副表面摩擦带电机制的研究进展

摘    要:本文介绍了近年来摩擦副表面摩擦带电机制的研究现状,重点介绍了润滑条件下的摩擦带电研究和干摩擦条件下的摩擦带电研究,提出了目前摩擦带电机制研究中存在的问题与建议,并认为在纳米级加工中,有效应用外加电场对摩擦的影响,是提高加工效率的一个有效途径。

Abstract:This paper introduces the recent research of the tribo-electrification mechanism between the friction surfaces, and it highlights the advancement of the tribo-electrification mechanism under lubricated and dry condition. It then analyzes the trouble occurring in the study of the tribo-electrification mechanism and some suggestions are made. It concludes that in the nami-machining process, one of the methods to improve efficiency is to use the effect of additional electrical field to friction.
