高职评估中办学条件指标合理性的探讨

摘    要:《高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估方案(试行)》中有部分办学条件指标不尽合理,如校园占地面积指标采用同一标准,未考虑各校类型、性质上的差异,未考虑校园布局情况;实验室、实习场所及附属用房建筑面积指标所指内涵不清,易造成计算口径不统一等。必须对此予以改进,真正做到以评促建、以评促改、以评促管。

Abstract:There exist some unreasonable indicators of operational conditions in Higher Vocational School Talents Cultivation Working Level Assessment Program(trial), such as campus area index adopt the same standards and fail to consider the differences of school type and nature; the meaning of laboratory, internship sites and affiliated space area indicators is unclear, which is easy to result in calculation caliber disunity. Therefore, the assessment program must be improved to truly realize construction, reform, management through assessment.
