| 摘 要： | 在档案工作实践中,档案立法工作为推动档案事业的发展,坚持依法治档起到了积极作用.然而,随着新技术的出现和应用以及社会大环境的发展、变化,档案立法工作也应该作出相应的调整,进一步补充完善,以适应现实环境的变化,更好的指导档案工作实践.档案立法的未来发展要力求实现兼容性、前瞻性、可操作性和实践性的统一.
