摘    要:随着我国加入WTO,图书市场的竞争进一步加剧.出版社面对瞬息万变的图书市场和图书业内外的巨大压力,需要进一步加强选题的策划能力和实现能力,这是出版社生存和发展的需要,也是现代社会发展的必然要求.

Abstract:As our country joins WTO, the competition of the books market is aggravated further, the publishing house faces fast changing books market and books industry internal and external competing for the pressure enormously, need to strengthen the ability to architect plans and strategies of the selected title and realize ability further, this is the publishing house survives and develops, it is the inevitable demand of the modem social development too.
