| 摘 要： | 借助中学《体育与健康课程》关于中学生运动参与现状的调查问卷，本课题对安顺市初中生的运动参与状况，主要从初中生参加体育锻炼的益处认识，参与体育活动的态度与行为，参加体育锻炼的科学性以及对运动负荷测量方法的掌握等方面进行了调查。通过研究对体育教学中运动参与目标的达成所存在的问题进行分析，从而为学校体育教学改革和领导决策提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | the researching questionnaire about the actuality of participating in Sports of Junior High School students, in virtue of physical education and health courses In middle school, researches the status of Students of Participating in Sports about junior High School Students in Anshun City. The contents of this investigation involve in how the students understand the advantage of taking part in sports rationally; the attitude and behavior of participating in sports; how to take part in sports scientifically and how to master the method of surveying the exercise load. Through this researching the status of students participating in sports , we discover the problems existed in physical education and find out the internal reason, then bring forward some suggestions. |
