我国高校校办企业发展的战略思考

我国高校校办企业经过几十年的发展积累，发展到现有规模，对我国经济建设和高等教育事业的发展起着重大推动作用，但同时也存在着产权不清、体制不顺、平均主义严重、规模较小等问题。因此必须适应校办企业发展的历史趋势，采取切实有效措施，促进校办企业的改革和发展。

After scores of yearsdevelopment and accumulation, enterprises set up by the institution of higher learning have gained the current scale. It contributes much to the economic construction and higher education. However, at the same time there are problems such as unclear rights, unreasonable systems, serious equalitarinism and small scales etc. Therefore we must take practical and effective measures by meeting the development tendency to promote reform and development of the enterprises set up by institutions of higher learning.
