| 摘 要： | 学生评教在国内外教学质量评价中均发挥着重要的作用，而评教实施中存在的背反两面性却被忽视。针对因评教的背反两面性而引起的结果误差，提出要规避存在的问题：转变旧有评教观念，完善评教组织实施体系，并把评教量表的合理化设计作为解决评教失真的最基础环节，谨慎严肃处理评教结果，建立教师权力救济部门和教师教学能力推进机构以此实现评教合理有效。
