| Abstract: | Competition among modem enterprises is rnaimly the competition of product quality whose core lies in the technology competition. By estabishing cooperative technology relationship with university and colleges, Jixi Preparation Plant has improved the quality of products and expanded its market shares. The plant finally forms a virtuous circle of scientific creation. |
