优秀教师与普通教师自我效能感的调查研究

文章以368名教师为对象（其中优秀教师143名、普通教师225名），用问卷调查的方式获取具体的数据，试图通过分析不同类型教师的自我效能感的差异，探求教师自我效能感现状，以及教师自我效能感的影响因素。教师的一般自我效能感总体水平不高，教师的教育效能感得分总体水平较高，教师的教育效能感分类型分项目比较的差异极小。教师的一般自我效能感更多地受自身的条件影响，与教育效能感之间的相关性不高。

A Research on Self-efficacy between Outstanding and General Teachers
