关于教学督导机制的认识论

摘    要:实施教学督导制既是高等院校深化教学改革,促进教学管理,提高教学质量的创新举措,也是保障高等教育健康有序发展的充分条件.本文从认识论的视角,梳理教学督导行为在高等教育管理框架中的功能机制和结构关系,并且从一个侧面指出了不良督导行为是如何导致教学评价偏失的原因.同时,作者认为高校教学督导未来的发展将趋向多元化、主体化和开放式的研究型模式.

Abstract:In colleges and universities the conduction of educational supervision is not only an innovative approach to deepening the teaching reform, promoting the teaching management and improving the teaching quality but also a necessary condition of ensuring the healthy development of high education. This paper theoretically expounds how educational supervision exercises its functional efficacy over the working mechanism of university management, and presents one aspect of the cause that leads up to the failures in some supervisory behaviors. Meanwhile, I think that the tendency of educational supervision in future will rely on the pluralism with helpfulness, freedom, democration, forgiveness, consultation, and mutual understanding as its main body.
