Advancement of modern information technology inevitably brings changes to the higher education.Change of any information transferring way is the change of way and process of obtaining information and knowledge,and will definitely exert great influence on the education way of colleges and universities.This paper probes into the change of higher education ways due to the development of modern information technology from the aspects of education and information-providing ways,internet and learning ways,web technology and transferring ways of education,and relationship between teaching and learning.
