摘    要:不管教学手段如何改进,不管教学设备如何更新,学习局部解剖学最科学、最有效的办法仍然是进行尸体解剖操作。然而尸体的来源越来越紧张。因此,如何尽最大限度发挥教学尸源的用途和保护日渐显得重要。近年来学校采取正常解剖前模拟手术操作、保护性正常解剖操作、第二课堂完善标本制作三个步骤(或三种方式),使局解尸源得以充分利用和保护。现将教学实践中积累的一些经验进行归纳总结,以供大家参考。

Abstract:Regional anatomy is the most scientific and effective way of autopsy operation in spite of any improved teaching means or new teaching equipment. To protect and make full use of the corpse source for teaching purpose become important due to the limitation of the source. We conducted simulate operation before normal anatomy, protective anatomy operation and second classroom sample making in recent years in order to protect and make full use of the corpse source of regional anatomy. We concluded some of our teaching and practice experience in this paper as a reference.
