| Abstract: | Humor is one of the distinguishing language features in Ghost's Stories. Pu Song-ling, the author of the novel, puts a lot of humorous remarks into his novel, which is one of the reasons for this novel's great artistic charms. In this paper, the writer analyses humorous remarks in the aspects of classification, its artistic charms, and the methods and formulas for witty remarks so as to make it easy for people to master the producing mechanism of humorous remarks. |
