| Abstract: | There exist problems in jointly operated share enterprises in towns and countries such as difficulty in clarifying property right,getting the same reward as everyone else regardless of one's performance in work,low position and difficulty in the exchange of stocks.Therefore,there should be a clarified system of property right and a rational distribution to realize the system of democratic enterprise management and supervision to set up local capital markets. |
