| 摘 要： | 从1998年试点以来,天然林保护工程一期已在大兴安岭林区全面完成了建设任务,为二期工程的实施打下了坚实的基础。在下一步的工作中要落实科学发展观,切实做好基层天然林保护工程二期的实施工作。同时要抓住天然林保护工程实施的有利契机,加速提升林区产业层次,实现保护和利用的良性循环。
