| 摘 要： | 国防建设是国家安全与经济建设的基本保证。加强国防建设是为了自卫 ,维护世界和平。国防和军队建设必须服从于国家经济建设大局。江泽民的国防建设思想对于我国走中国特色的精兵之路 ,提高国防、军队建设的整体功能 ,加强国防科研、军民兼容程度都具有战略意义。

| Abstract: | The national defence construction is the basic guarantee of the a nation's safety and economic construction.Strenthening the national defence construction is for the purpose of self defence and safeguarding the world peace.The construction of the national defence and the army should submit to the whole situation of the state economic construction.Jiang Zemin's thought on the the national defence construction is of guiding significance to taking the road to better troops,enhancing the whole functions of the army construction and strengthening the degree of scientific research combining the army with the civilians. |
