关于完善高职院校资源共享机制的研究--以海河教育园区高职院校涉外旅游专业为例

资源共享是解决高职院校资金紧张、资源不足的有效手段。资源共享主要是指“教师互聘、课程共建、课程互选、学分互认”，在此基础上，推行“课证一体”的教学模式，实现教产结合、工学结合及对资源共享的深入开发是每个院校需要进一步解决的问题。机制是完成资源共享的保障，促进高职教育的持续、健康发展的关键点之一就是以机制建设推动先进教育资源的系统化发展，实现资源的共享与合理利用，提高办学效率和教育教学质量。

Research on Improving Vocational Colleges of Haihe Education Park Resource Sharing Mechanism-- A Case Study on International Tourism Management

The resource-sharing is an effective way to solve the shortage of funds and lack of resources in higher vocational colleges. The resource-sharing mainly refers to inter-school teacher-hiring, course-building, course-offering, credit-accepting＂. Based on this, to implement the ＂course- certificate integration” teaching mode, and to implement the combining education with product, studying-working integration and deep development of resource-sharing are the subjects that need every college and university to solve further. Mechanism is the security of completion of resource-sharing, and to promote the systematic development of advanced education resources on mechanism construction is one of the key points to promote the sustained, healthy development of higher vocational education, then actualize the sharing and rational utilization of resources, eventually improve the efficiency and the quality of education and teaching.
