| Abstract: | Post modernist theory of democratic secular life emphasizes democracy in daily life and in cultural life. The theory holds diversity and democratic communication as its major themes. It is a typical example that indicates the new tendency in the process of constructing democratic politics in the information era in the West. That is, a shift from the area of system to the area of culture. |
