摘    要:基于适应性模块系列化课程体系的“2+1”人才培养体系的构建,以“模块系列化课程体系”和“双导师制”为基础。前者依据岗位确定课程目标,提高了内聚性,减小了耦合性,满足了学生就业及生涯发展的需要。后者充分利用企业教育资源,促进学生在真实的工程环境和素质教育环境中提高综合素质。

Abstract:The construction of "2 1" talents cultivation model based on series curriculum system of adaptability module is based on "curriculum system of series modules" and "dual-mentor system".The former establish curriculum objectives in light of posts,which can increase the cohesion,decrease the coupling and meet students' demand of employment and career development.The later fully take advantage of educational resource of enterprises,which can foster to enhance students' comprehensive qualities under real engineering environment and quality education environment.
