| 摘 要： | 如何从宏观角度对产品质量进行有效评价,一直是政府和社会关心的问题。本文以产品质量的符合性、适用性和外部性为基础,构建了包含固有质量、感知质量和损失质量的产品质量概念模型,设计了具有可操作性质量评价指标体系,为全面反映产品质量状况提供了基础性工具。

| Abstract: | How to evaluate the product quality from the macro-view has always been the focus of the government and the society.Using the conformity、applicability、externality of product quality as basis,this paper composed the product quality conception model include inherent quality、perceived quality and loss quality,designed a set of maneuverability quality evaluation index system,which provides elementary tools for reflecting the product quality status. |
