| 摘 要： | 人类追求"可持续性发展"的理念和"生态文化"时代的到来,为民族传统体育的发展营造了一个富有创造性的文化生态环境。文章分析了民族传统体育的时代价值和发展困境,认为民族传统体育的保护与发展首先需要文化自信与文化自觉,进而提出了民族传统体育保护与发展的策略,以促进民族传统体育项目在新形势下获得更大发展。

| Abstract: | Human being is chasing persistent developing and ecological equilibrium at the contemporary society,so it creates a wonderful culture ecology circumstance for the national tradition sports.The thesis reach a conclusion that we must keep the culture self-confidence and self-conscious about the protection and development of the national tradition sports,and pose strategies in order to promote the greater advance of the national tradition sports through analyzing its epoch value and difficult position. |
