职业技术教育中群体创新精神的塑造

面对飞速发展的科学技术和知识经济，职业技术教育不创新就不能适应社会的需要。创新的关键在于教育者群体创新精神的塑造。其目的包含了教育实施主体的进步和教育组织目标的实现两个层次，重点在于更新教育者传统的教育观念，培养教育者的探索精神，以期增强职业技术教育活动的有效性。基于此，本文就塑造群体创新精神的着力点以及主要途径和手段进行了分析和阐述。

The Building of Collective Creativity Spirit in Vocational Education

With the development of modern technology and intellectual economy, the old model of vocational education could keep up with the new requirement. This paper points out that the key of creativity lies in the building of collective creativity spirit of the educators'. It includes two parts: one is renewing of the educators' opinion about vocational education; the other is re-set-up of the aim of vocational education. In order to make the vocational education more effective, this paper probes into the content of collective spirit and puts forward some practical strategies to deal with the situation from education point of view.
