地市城乡经济协调发展指标体系的构建及应用

协调发展评价指标是用来评价协调发展目的的实现程度所采用的标准式尺度。应当以城乡经济协调状态、协调动力、协调保障三个层面来构建地市区域的城乡经济协调发展指标体系。通过对山东省15个地级市的城乡经济协调状况的评价可以看出,城市化发展程度与地市区域城乡经济协调密切相关,投资政策的地区倾斜对协调地市的城乡经济具有重大的作用,人口素质的差别也是造成地市城乡区域经济发展不平衡的一个重要因素。因此,要调整产业结构,优化经济布局。

The Application and Construction of Target System of Coordinated Development of the Urban and Rural Economy

The coordinated development appraisal target is used as a standard criterion to estimate the realization degree of the goal of the coordinated development. This paper proposes that a target system of coordinated development of the urban and ru ral economy of the prefecture region can be constructed by three stratifications the coordination conditions of the urban and rural economy, the coordinated power and the coordination guarantee. Simultaneously, it appraises the economical coordination conditions of the fifteen district divisions in Shandong province and gives some suggestions on the basis of the research.
