德育论的心理学分析

摘    要:德育的工作对象是人,因此德育论的构建应遵循一定的心理学规律。基于此,从品德的构成要素及研究视角等方面进行分析,探讨当前的各家德育论体系中存在的心理学思想,从而促使德育工作者积极探索,不断拓展传统的模式,以人为本,把握规律,提高德育的有效性,切实指导中小学德育实践。

Abstract:The subject of moral education is the people,so it should follow some psychological theories.This paper analyses the components of moral and the study angles of moral education to discuss the psychological theories of various moral education schools in order to promote active exploration by moral education workers and expand the traditional model.We should be people-oriented,follow the laws and improve the effectiveness of moral education to truly guide the practice of school moral education.
