| 摘 要： | 素质教育是教育者基于个体发展和社会发展的需要,利用各种有利条件与有效途径,以适当的方法引导全体受教育者积极主动地最大限度地开发自身的潜能,提高自身的整体素质,并实现个性充分而自由发展的教育。素质教育已成为我国新世纪基础教育改革的主旋律。新课程改革成败的关键在于教师的素质,因此,教师自身素质培养的重要性在当前基础教育改革中就越发凸显出来。
