| 摘 要： | 随着科技和网络的发展，微型学习成为深化企业教育改革、促进企业员工素质提升的重要学习方式，也成为当前企业教育者和企业培训者的研究热点。本文通过查阅文献和进行问卷调查，在深入分析微型学习的特点、企业员工学习现状的基础上，提出了满足企业员工学习需求、促进个体发展的微型学习对策和建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and Internet, micro - learning has become the hot research topic of current enterprise education and training agencies. Meanwhile, micro - learning is an important learning method for deepening education reform of enterprises and improving staff quali-ty. On the basis of an in - depth analysis on micro - learning features and learning status of employ-ees, the paper presents methods and suggestions to meet the learning demand and promote the indi-vidual development by consulting literature and questionnaires. |
