摘    要:教师绩效考核是高校人力资源管理的重要组成部分,也是高校人事管理制度改革的一项重要内容。本文将KPI引入高校教师绩效考核系统,阐述其内涵、优势及应注意的问题,并试图构建基于KPI的高校教师绩效考核指标体系。

Abstract:Teacher performance appraisal is an important part of university human resources management, and the reform of college personnel management system is an important content. KPI is introduced into university teaehers performance appraisal system, expounds the connotation of key performance indicators, advantages, and problems that should be paid attention to, and trying to build the university teachers performance aooraisal index system based on KPI.
