湖北大学MBA教育优化策略研究

本文通过对湖北大学MBA学员进行问卷调查,分析了湖北大学MBA学员的学习需求状况和MBA教育中存在的不足。认为这些不足主要包括教育方式与教学方法不适应学员需求,教学内容与实践脱节,管理组织上不够完善,教学资源未能有效利用等。针对这些问题,提出了相应的优化策略与建议:根据学员需求调整教学内容,改进教学方式,加强师资队伍建设,提高MBA教学质量,强化MBA教育的品牌意识和品牌建设。

Research on Strategies for Optimizing the MBA Education of Hubei University

By studying MBA students of Hubei University through questionnaires, we analyze the learning demands of Hubei University MBA students and the insugicient situation of MBA educa-tion. Including the education and teaching modes are unsuited to the changing of student needs, teaching content does not fit for practice activities, lack of organization on the management, ineffec- tively use of teaching resources and other aspects. For these problems, the corresponding optimiza- tion strategies and recommendations： adjusted according to the needs of students teaching content, improve teaching methods, strengthening the teaching staff to improve the quality of teaching MBA, strengthen brand awareness and brand building of MBA education.
