MIT跨学科博士生的培养及其启示

摘    要:MIT既抓跨学科博士生数量,同时又注重所培养人才的质量,保证了MIT能始终活跃在科学领域的最前沿.结合中国的实际情况,本文指出社会、政府和大学这三股力量观念的转变是跨学科博士生教育发展的外因,通过"知"、"情"、"意"、"行"四个方面培养博士生是跨学科教育的宗旨.

Abstract:MIT adopts measures to improve the quantity as well as quality of the interdisciplinary doctors.This training mode ensures MIT in the lead of the development of science and technology as shown in the culture of the CSB doctors.Considering China's actual conditions,the transition of the thought from the government,society and university is the key factor to accelerate the interdisciplinary doctor education.The aims of the interdisciplinary doctor education should be the education of "knowledge","emotion","consciousness"and"practice".
