| 摘 要： | 区域经济是高等职业教育发展的基础,产业结构的调整势必会对高职教育产生深刻的影响。本文首先在分析"十一五"期间无锡区域产业结构以及人才需求两大数据的基础上,阐述了区域经济发展对人才需求规模及其技能的影响;另外,通过对无锡11所高职院校专业设置和招生规模的分析,研究了高职教育与区域经济结构调整之间存在的矛盾;最后,分析了该问题存在的主要原因,并提出了初步的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Regional economy is the development foundation of higher vocational education, and the adjustment of industrial structure will produce profound effect on higher vocational education. Through an analysis of the major settings and recruitment scale of eleven higher vocational colleges in Wuxi, this paper studies the contradiction between higher vocational education and regional economic structure adjustment, analyzes the main reasons, and then put forward preliminary solutions. |
