| 摘 要： | 报告了铬天青S的硅胶干柱层析法的纯化方法，探讨了固定相、淋洗液、洗脱剂对纯化产物的影响，确定了以层析硅胶为固定相，以正丁醇：吡啶：氨水=2：1：1为淋洗剂，以蒸馏水为洗脱剂的纯化条件，经过红外光谱和液相色谱表证，使用本方法可获得纯度大于98.59%的产品，结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the purification method of column ch-romatography the reagent chromazurol S in silica column chromatography is reported. The effecting of fixed adsorbent, developer and solvent on depuration product has been studied, the condition has been formed that silica gel acts as fixed adsorbent, n- butanol, pyridine, to aqueous amoconia is 2 to 1, 1 as developer, and steam water as solvent. The depuration product has been charaterized by IR and high performance liquid chromatography, the purity of the product is over 98.59 % . |
