| 摘 要： | 介绍了爱尔兰高校陶艺工作室的管理经验。经过比较，分析了我国高校陶艺工作室管理中存在的问题，提出了改进的对策，即应该通过简化管理机构、建立科学的绩效评估体系来激发工作室管理人员的积极性和创造力，在完善工作室安全管理的基础上探索工作室开放的管理模式。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the experience of ceramic studio management in Irish Universities. Through comparison, the author analyzes problem of the problems of ceramic studio management in Chinese universities, and proposes a few countermeasures, i.e. simplifying management mechanism, establishing scientific performance evaluation system, and exploring an open management mode by improving the safety management. |
