It's a new exploration to set up and manage a colleges independent of Universities as the mode of national higher education which is developing rapidly with remarkable results.However there are still some contradictions and problems for it.In order to develop the independent colleges we must persist in hereafter scientific developing views,adopting correct directions,standardizing behaviors,cultivating and training characteristics for running and managing schools and paying great attention to qualities as well.
