摘    要:主要针对高校实验室教学质量的提高进行研讨。提出建立一支高素质专业队伍,采取开放实验室、更新实验内容等方法,提高实验室教学质量,提升实验室科学管理水平的思路。制定鼓励的制度和规定,激励实验室教师积极主动地运用多种模式,提高实验资源使用效率,使效果最大化。并在实验教学过程中,认真规范的培养学生细致科学的操作步骤与方法。对能出现的疑问和问题及误差,有合理的分析和正确的判断,以培养出更多具有创新思维、创新意识和创新技能的人才。

Abstract:This paper focuses on discussing the improvement of the university ’ s experimental teaching quality .For establis-hing a high-quality professional team,this paper proposes to adopt the methods such as opening the laboratory ,constantly updating the experimental contents to improve teaching quality ,and practically improving the idea of laboratory ’ s scientific management level .It includes formulating of positive rules and regulations ,encouraging the laboratory teachers to use the va-rious modes ,to improve the efficiency of the use of experimental resources and maximize the efficiency .And in the process of experimental teaching , students would be trained to regulate meticulous and scientific procedures and methods , letting them to have reasonable analysis and make correct judgment to the questions and problems in operation ,to cultivate more talents with innovative thinking ,innovative consciousness and innovative skill .
