| 摘 要： | 在国家大力倡导低碳经济的背景下,人们对于发展绿色物流的重视程度日益提高。绿色物流与环境保护是两个独立的系统,将两者置于一个系统中研究,甄选出环境保护中具有代表性的指标,探寻绿色物流与区域环境保护系统的联动关系。针对大连绿色物流发展中存在的问题,从"政府-企业-公众"角度入手分析借鉴三螺旋理论,提出加强政府绿色物流立法及调控体系,提高第三方物流服务水平,完善物流人才培养体系等可行性策略。

| Abstract: | With the background of low-carbon economy in China, people make a point of environmental logistics day by day.Environmental logistics and environmental protection are two relatively dependent self-evaluation systems. The paper is try-ing to explore the interaction relationship between environmental logistics and environmental protection by putting the two ina system and selecting evaluating index of environmental protection. To solve the problems of environmental logistics inDalian, we put forwards solutions from the perspective of government, enterprise and the public on the basis of triple helixtheory. These solutions include strengthening legislation and supervision system,improving service levels of third party logis-tics and perfecting training system of logistics talents, etc. |
