中美工商管理本科专业培养体系比较研究

我国工商管理本科专业教育是在一般管理教育及各类职能性管理专业教育的基础上发展起来的，是我国高等教育院校中一个与社会经济联系十分紧密的应用性学科。美国工商管理本科教育起步早，专业办学特色鲜明，培养目标定位准确，课程体系设置合理，案例教学效果显著，考核与实践更为科学。对中美工商管理本科专业培养体系问题进行比较研究，可以为中国工商管理本科专业培养体系的改革提供参考。

A Comparative Study on Sino-US Business Administration Undergraduate Training System

There are still many deficiencies between China and the United States on business administration undergraduate training system. The undergraduate education of business administration started early in the US with distinctive characteristics of professional schooling, accuracy of training targeting, scientific curriculum system, obvious results of case study, scientific testing and practice. Through the comparative study on the undergraduate training system of Sino-US,it is hoped to provide some references for the reforms of the current undergraduate business management training system in China.
