第三配置视角下商会有效性分析

政府和市场是两种配置资源和协调社会经济活动的主要机制,但是,这两种配置资源方式都存在着自身难以克服的缺陷,在实际的经济运行中,还存在其他的方式和手段对社会资源进行配置——第三配置。本文在第三配置的视角下对商会的有效性进行了分析,发现其在社会主义市场经济的发展中已发挥着越来越重要而且是不可替代的作用。

Government intervention and market are two major mechanisms to allocate resources and coordinate economic activities,but both of the two ways have inherent flaws that can not be overcome automatically.In practical economic operation,there exist alternative ways and methods by which social resources can be allocated,such as the third allocation.The author analyzes the efficacy of chamber of commerce with the perspective of third allocation in the article.
