| Abstract: | The mental handicap of beginning teachers in interpersonal interaction is an unavoidable problem in school campus practices.This paper summarizes manifestations of the mental handicap of new teachers in interpersonal interaction,analyzes the subjective and objective elements involved that cause the mental handicap.The authors further put forward measures to prevent and correct the problems. |
