佐匹克农测定方法研究

首次用碳糊电极吸附伏安法测定了Zopiclone的浓度 .对底液、PH值、电极组成等进行了研究 ,在PH为 3.17的HAC -NaAC中 ,Zopiclone产生两对可逆峰 ,峰高与浓度在 1.3× 10 - 8～ 1.3×10 - 7mol/L间呈线性关系 ,相关系数为 0 .9996 ,下限为 3.9× 10 - 9mol/L ,并对顺德制药厂产的Zopi clone片剂进行了应用分析 .

A Study of the Method to Measure Zopiclone

The Concen tration of Zopiclone is determined by adsorptive voltammetry using a carbon peste electrode for the first time . A series of work has been done to study about the selection of base-solution and the value of PH besides the composition of the eletrode in HAC - NaAC buffer solution (PH3.17), two couples of peaks(reversible) is yielded by zopiclone. A linear relationship holds between the peak height and the concentration of zopiclone in the range of 1.3×10 -8 ～1.3×10 -7 mol/l with r=0.9996. The detection limit is 3.9×10 -9 mol/l,the method is also employed to analysize the Zopiclone tablet produced by XUNDE pharm fatory.
