| 摘 要： | 为提高铸造支架式可摘局部义齿的一次就位率，密合度及固位稳定性，作者从原始模型处理确定就位道，填补倒凹，主承托区的处理，支架各固位装置的确定，翻制耐火材料模型，熔模的制作方法及注意事项等方面改进了带模铸造熔模制作方法．取得了较好的效果．

| Abstract: | In order to increase the rate of putting removable partial denture with casting support for one time, the degree of inseparability and stability, the author improved the method of making casting investment with model on defining the way of putting, filling inverted sink, dealing with main bear area and definging all kinds of fixed install of making casting investment. The better effect is obtained. |
