高等师范院校校本课程开发的若干思考

摘    要:校本课程是一个以学校为基地进行课程开发的民主决策过程。高等师范院校校本课程的开发有助于培养和造就从事素质教育的师资,有助于及时反映现代科学最新成果,是提高教师素质的一个重要途径和方法。校本课程开发应着重从三个方面构建:一是教育理论综合课程,二是活动课程,三是教育技能课程。校本课程开发要遵循人本性原则、创新性原则、超前性原则和立体性原则。在开发过程中应着重把握课程目标,课程内容的组织和课程评价等环节。

Abstract:The school-based curriculum is a process of democratic policy decision in which curriculums are developed on the base of school. To develop the school-based curriculums of higher normal school is helpful to train teachers, to reflect the newest achievements in scientific research. And it is also an important method to improve the quality of higher normal school teachers. While we develop the school-based curriculums we should consider the following three: the comprehensive curriculums of educational theory, extra-curricular activities and education technical curriculums. When we develop the school-based curriculums, We should follow the four principles: the humanist principle, the innovatory principle, the surpassing principle and multi-dimensional principle. In developing our curriculums, we should focus on the curriculums objectives, the arrangement of curriculums contents and assess on the curriculums.
