| 摘 要： | 从风险性质及项目研究过程中的风险来源的角度提出了主要的风险因素;比较系统地介绍发R&D项目风险诊断的基本方法和思想,列出了风险诊断模型;采用风险调查表的形式对项目风险因素进行调查,在统计分析的基础上对项目风险因素进行量化;最后提出几点处理风险及降低风险的方法.

| Abstract: | The Sources of risks in R&D projects are analysed and the main factors of risk are presented according to the risks nature and the research process of project . The new approach and ideas of diagnosing risk are in troduced in a systematic way,Furthermore, a model of diagnosing risk is proposed. Finally, we set the several suggestions how to deal with risks and to eliminate or decrease the risks. |
