| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设是关系到社会主义事业兴衰成败、关系到中华民族前途命运、关系到党和国家长治久安的重大战略课题。加强党的执政能力建设,必须充分认识新形势下做好党建工作的重要性和紧迫性;必须努力提高管理能力和领导水平;必须不断加强党员干部队伍的思想建设;必须坚持和健全党的民主集中制。

| Abstract: | The strengthening of our party's governing ability is an issue of great importance to the socialist career,the fate of Chinese nation and the prolonged political stability of our party and country.To achieve this goal,we must fully recognize the importance and urgency of the party's construction in the new situation.We must set up a scientific developing outlook,improve the administration and leading level,strengthen the ideological building of the party members and cadres,insist and strengthen our party's democratic centralism. |
