| 摘 要： | 近年来，在舆论监督过程中，新闻媒介和新闻工作者遇到的一个突出问题就是新闻侵权诉讼。正确看待新闻侵权现象，从新闻实践入手，结合具体案例，实事求是地分析其产生的原因和应对策略，使新闻舆论监督在法制的轨道上有序运行，是当前舆论监督面临的一个十分紧迫的问题。
