试论中国崛起时代的国际环境

本文认为中国自 2 0世纪 90年代初开始成为崛起中的新兴大国 ,中国崛起的整个过程大致在 2 0 30年前后完成。在这个崛起时代 ,将呈现三个不同的发展阶段 ,具有不同的国际环境内容与主题。作为新兴大国的中国应该吸取历史上新兴大国崛起过程中的历史教训 ,根据不同阶段的国际环境 ,制定相应的战略

On the International Environment at a Time of China's Rise

This article holds that China is a newly arisen big power since the early 1990s. The whole process of this up rising will not complete until around 2030s. Three developmental stages can be predicted, each with a different context and theme of international environment. As a newly arisen big power, China should draw on the historical experience of other big powers when they were undergoing the process of rapid development, and work out appropriate policies according to different international environment of the three stages to meet her own needs.
