| 摘 要： | 在文献研究的基础上，阐述了信息论与体育理论课的关系；体育理论课在学校体育教学中的作用及重要性。根据信息论的原理分析了体育理论课应遵循的规律，以及体育教师在实践中运用这一规律，掌握解决问题的方法，旨在提高体育教学质量。
