后金融危机时期地方高校毕业生就业调查与对策

文章以湖北省某地方高校2010届毕业生为样本进行抽样调查,描述了在金融危机后地方高校毕业生就业取向、就业心理、就业需求等基本状况。从政府采取多种措施帮助大学生解决就业问题、高校深化＂以就业为导向＂的人才培养模式改革、地方高校加大创业教育的力度等方面,提出了促进地方高校大学生就业的相关对策和建议。

An Investigation of the Employment of Graduates in the Local University in Post-financial Crisis Period and Countermeasures

Taking the graduates in 2010 in a local university in Hubei Province as samples,the author investigates the tropism,psychology and needs of local univerisity graduates in job hunting in post-financial crisis period. On the basis of the results of the investigation,some measures are presented： The government adopts various measures to help univeristy graduates find a job. Universities deepen ＂ job-oriented＂ talent cultivation mode reform. Local universities include in their education courses and practice to help students set up businesses themselves.
